Foxwoods pickes Unifier

Foxwoods Development Company is using the product for financial tracking, as well as for standard project submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), document management, and reporting. With the agreement, Skire extends its presence in the rapidly growing gaming and hospitality market. Skire Unifier will enable Foxwoods Development to centralize project management among project managers, contractors, and architects and to streamline business processes among a variety of projects. Because the company is currently in the process of developing several commercial gaming, tribal gaming, hotel, resort, and golf course projects across the United States, the Unifier Web-based platform is easily accessible for collaboration among all team members.

Foxwoods Development often teams with tribal and commercial gaming interests to develop new properties. The company is using Unifier for a project with the Pauma Band of Mission Indians north of San Diego, California that will encompass a resort, casino, hotel, meeting and convention space, and parking garage. A project is also underway in Philadelphia for a slot machine, entertainment, and casino project that will expand to include a restaurant, hotel, and shopping complex.
